Visit as many properties as possible before you choose THE property. Even view a “wild card” property, sometimes you can be surprised by a home!
Once you have chosen the property you would like to buy, place an offer forward with the Estate Agent. The negotiations have started! The Estate Agent will refer your offer and possible increased offers to the vendor. Hopefully your final offer will be accepted by the vendor.

You will need to instruct a solicitor to ask on your behalf for the conveyancing. Please don’t hesitate to contact Vicinity Homes to see who we recommend. Your chosen solicitor will keep you up to date with the conveyancing process. The estate agent and your solicitor will be with you until exchange and completion.
Exchange Keys
The Estate Agent and the vendor will arrange the key hand over once the property has completed and you are officially the new owner.
